Dr. Vikas Garg is a board-certified interventional pain management physician with fellowship training from the University of Washington Department of Anesthesiology in Seattle. He has practiced pain medicine since 2005 and has performed more than 75,000 image-guided injections.
His practice centers on interventional therapy under fluoroscopy: precise, image-guided procedures that target the exact source of pain. He treats the full range of spine and joint pain conditions, including patients recovering from auto accidents.
Dr. Garg also performs percutaneous decompression of the cervical and lumbar spine using the Stryker Decompressor, an outpatient technique that removes a small volume of disc material through a needle-sized entry point, along with medial branch blocks, facet injections, epidurals, and regenerative joint treatments such as platelet-rich plasma.
